My name is Cal Webb. I am the CEO and founder of This Mission. In this newsletter, I plan to share stories, introduce you to some people (my heroes), invoke some tears, and hopefully encourage you! Welcome to "The Radical Ones."

And let it begin… This dream of mine to write, has been a dream brewing in my heart for years and years. One that started as I was lying in bed in San Jose, Costa Rica in 2018. I laid there hoping I would remember the stories I heard. Lying in my bed gitty to tell my friends and family when I got back to Spokane, WA. The adventures, the people, the excitement, the pain, the heartbreak…

If you know me, you know I love telling stories. Sometimes they are stories about my experiences… most of the time they are stories about someone I met. This is a place where I plan to share them all. Ones that have made me laugh, ones that have made me cry. Stories are what we need.

Why "The Radical Ones?"

Years ago I heard this word “Radical.” It was a term that I fell in love with and wanted it to define my life. I want to live a radical life. Outside of the ordinary. To see change that “affects the fundamental nature” of this world.

While travelling the world and spending significant time in Central America, leading a non-profit fighting sex-trafficking, I have had the opportunity to meet radical people. These people have radical faith. Radical love. Radical Obedience. These people have RADICAL stories. Most of these people, no one has ever heard of, nor will they ever hear of them. I have heard their stories. I have written them down. STORIES I HAVE. STORIES I WILL TELL.
